Effect on Structural, Electrical and Temperature Sensing behavior of Neodymium Doped Bismuth Ferrite

چکیده

Synthesis of polycrystalline samples Bi1-xNdxFeO3 [x = 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 and 0.8] were demonstrated following solid-state reaction method at high temperature. The structural properties the sample confirmed through X-ray diffraction technique. dielectric study compounds was performed different frequencies in range 100 Hz – 10 6 for various temperatures. non-Debye type relaxation process from impedance analysis. materials showed a negative temperature coefficient resistance (NTCR) behavior temperatures frequencies. AC conductivity with frequency satisfied universal power law Johnscher. Thermistor constant (β), sensitivity factor (α), stability all calculated characteristics NTC thermistor.
